Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy – Mondo Market

Mondo Market is committed to preparing and shipping all orders as quickly as possible. If one or more items are unavailable at the time of preparation, they will be automatically refunded. The customer will be notified via email and/or directly on the invoice.

📦 Shipping

Orders are delivered to the address provided by the customer during the ordering process. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all contact information is accurate.
In case of errors (name, address, phone, email), Mondo Market and the carrier cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries.

⚠️ Deliveries are made to the doorstep only, in the presence of the customer or an authorized person. Drivers are not required to enter the customer’s home.

🛍 Delivery Options

  • Home or workplace delivery (DPD France):
    • €0–49: €7.95
    • €49–79: €3.95
    • €79 and above: Free
  • Pickup point delivery:
    • €0–49: €5.95
    • €49–69: €3.95
    • €69 and above: Free

A €5 surcharge may apply in hard-to-reach areas.

  • DPD Europe Delivery:
    • Zone 1: Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands → price based on weight
    • Zone 2: Spain, Italy, Austria → price based on weight

📬 Estimated Delivery Times

  • Mainland France: 1–3 business days
  • Rest of Europe: 2–10 business days

🔁 Returns & Complaints

If you receive the wrong or missing product(s), please contact us via email and include:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the delivery slip
  • A photo of the incorrect or missing item

If approved:

  • We will refund the item or the price difference
  • Or offer a discount voucher for your next order (if items of equal value were swapped)

If an item is damaged or defective, we may request photos for verification. If approved, we will refund the item or send a replacement at no cost.

If the customer wishes to cancel or return an item, they have 14 days after delivery. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.

⚠️ For bread products, claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
❌ No returns or refunds are accepted after 21 days from the order date.
